1. Collection of Personal Information
Consumer App: We collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account, make an order, or use our help services. The types of information we collect include name, email address, user content (e.g., food pictures, reviews), order history, and device information.
Driver App: We collect your name, contact details, and location data. This information helps us know who is picking up which order and to display your name to customers.
Restaurant App (Flow): We collect information related to incoming orders. This includes order details and notifications related to the status of an order.
Business Owner Website (Admin Portal): We collect your sign-up information and data related to your restaurant, including the menu and address.
2. Use of Collected Information
We use your information to facilitate the delivery process, improve our Platforms, provide customer service, and personalize your experience. The data we collect also enables us to understand how our Users utilize our services.
3. Children's Privacy
Our Platforms are not intended for children under the age of 12. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 12. The only Platform intended for under the age of 12 but not under the age of 4 is the Driver App. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at support@foodhost.us

We may use cookies and other similar technologies to enhance User experience, track user activity, and maintain user session on our Platforms.
5. Payments
We use third-party payment processors (Stripe) for any transactions and billings through our Platforms. These third-party services are responsible for processing all payment card information. FOODHOST LLC doesn't store your payment card details in our system.

We employ data collection, storage, and processing practices, and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your Personal Information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
